Our fruits and vegetables are so called "km 0" and is produced by local farmers (the agricultural cooperative of Bibione); our fish, where possible, comes directly from the lagoon of Marano.

The laundry facility inside the hotel uses only certified organic products (biodegradable).

Vegetarian Menu: for our vegetarian customers, our chefs offer every day a menu dedicated to them with delicious recipes.

Breakfast corner: for a couple of years in our varied breakfast buffet we have a dedicated corner for all those guests who start the day in a natural way with an assortment of seeds and dried fruit, natural yoghurt and wholegrain products
